We have negotiated a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to KC more affordable.  The secure online housing website is available 24/7 and offers real-time availability with full hotel descriptions, amenity listings, distances from each hotel to the venue, maps, and other information to help make your decision easier.  

 You can only get these discounted rates by going through PCKC’s OFFICIAL housing partner, Orchid.Events, powered by Passkey.  You will not get these discounted rates by calling the hotels directly, or with any other third-party housing offer. They can assist you M-F, 8am-6pm, CST.  The deadline for new reservations is March 4, 2026.  Changes can be made through the web site or the call center through March 10, 2026.  After that time, you should contact your hotel directly.
Remember to only use the official housing service for Planet Comicon KC on our website. No other entity can provide you with the guaranteed reduced rates negotiated by PCKC for our exhibitors and attendees.  A link will be placed on the Planet Comicon Housing website for last minute reservations at prevailing rates on or about March 11, 2026.

All of our hotels are just a 5-minute walk or less from the Convention Center to make your travel to and from the show as easy and convenient as possible. All hotels are easily accessible to Kansas City’s expanded streetcar, which is free and takes you from the River Market down to the Country Club Plaza.
