Unfortunately, Catherine Tate must cancel her appearance at Planet Comicon Kansas City due to a changing production schedule. One of the hazards of booking working actors is that schedule changes can cause cancellations of this type.

We are working on the best method to allow purchasers of the trio photo op or DT/CT duo to have priority to buy a David Tennant solo or a duo Alex Kingston.  Watch your e-mail over the next two to three days.

If you purchased a Catherine Tate photo op, whether a solo, duo, or trio, a refund will be issued.  Please read below to see what kind of refund will be issued (full or partial).  Purchasers will receive an e-mail that a refund has been initiated. The refund should appear in the purchaser’s account within 3-5 business days, though it can take up to 7-10 business days.  Refunds will begin being processed on the morning of Tuesday, March 11, 2025. NOTE: The purchaser does not need to take any action for the various photo op refunds to be initiated.

If an additional print was purchased as part of the order, that additional print will not be refunded as part of the automatic refund process. The additional print can be used for ANY photo op.  If a refund of the cost of the additional print is desired, the purchaser may send a request to info@celebphotoops.com

All photo ops involving Catherine Tate will be refunded as follows:

(1) David Tennant VIP package purchasers:  All DTVIP packages included one autograph and one solo photo op.  Some DTVIP purchasers upgraded from the solo photo op to either duos with Catherine Tate or trios with Catherine Tate and Alex Kingston.  All DTVIP purchasers who purchased one of these upgrades will have their photo op revert to a SOLO David Tennant photo op and the difference paid for the upgrade (including added taxes and fees) will be refunded automatically.  The autograph portion of the DTVIP purchase will not be affected. 

(2) Purchasers of David Tennant solo photo ops who upgraded to a duo or trio photo op:  Some fans purchased David Tennant solo photo ops and then after we announced Catherine Tate and Alex Kingston upgraded their solo photo op to either a duo that included Catherine Tate or a trio with Catherine Tate and Alex Kingston.  Anyone who purchased one of these upgrades will have their photo op revert to a SOLO David Tennant photo op and the difference paid for the upgrade (including added taxes and fees) will be refunded automatically.  The reason for this is so the David Tennant solo photo op purchaser does not lose their original DT solo photo op.  

(3) Purchasers of David Tennant/Catherine Tate duo photo ops or David Tennant/Catherine Tate/Alex Kingston trio photo ops: These photo ops will be fully refunded. NOTE:  This applies ONLY to those whose original purchase was the duo or trio – NOT to purchasers of a solo David Tennant photo who upgraded a solo (see (2), above).  

(4) Purchasers of Catherine Tate solo photo ops: These photo ops will be fully refunded.  

(5) Purchasers of Catherine Tate/Alex Kingston duo photo ops: These photo ops will be fully refunded.   NOTE: Purchasers of this duo will have an opportunity to purchase a solo Alex Kingston photo op or David Tennant/Alex Kingston duo photo op.

NOTE:  We will be opening up additional David Tennant solo photo ops and David Tennant/Alex Kingston duo photo ops soon.  Probably on Friday, March 14.  We will give at least one day’s notice on social media of the date and time of re-opening such photo ops.
