We are pleased to offer ASL interpreting services to ensure all of our deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees can fully enjoy the event. Here’s how these services are provided:

All Main Stage panels will include ASL interpretation.
The ASL interpreter will be located near the right side of the stage.
Reserved seating is available near the interpreter. Look for specially labeled seats at the front of the room.

ADA Entrance
Bartle Hall’s wheelchair accessible entrance is located at the 2200 lobby, which is on the south east corner of 13th Street and Central. A special seating area is provided in Lobby 2300 for anyone with mobility issues to wait for the show to open.
Panel Seating
Seating for PCKC attendees with disabilities is available. The seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee it for everyone.
Service Animals
Service Animals that are properly trained and under the care of their owners will be allowed into the event. Only dogs and miniature horses are approved as service animals. Comfort animals are not allowed in the Kansas City Convention Center during our show.
● All service animals will need to remain with their handler at all times and must be on a leash. If a leash interferes with the animal’s work, the attendee will need to maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
● Service animals must be housebroken.
● Attendees bringing a service animal will be responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
● All service animals need to have legally required vaccinations.
Mothers’ Room (Room 2210)
The Mother’s Room is designated for moms for nursing or feeding infants and small children. Individually draped areas have been set aside for those wanting complete privacy.
Quiet Room (Room 2209)
The Quiet Room has been set aside for those with special needs or anyone looking for a quiet place to take a break from the craziness of the show floor.
Wheelchairs (Room 2211)
A limited number of wheelchairs are available through the Convention Center on a first-come, first-served basis. Our service team in Room 2211 can direct you to the Convention Events office to inquire about a wheelchair.
