Panel Submissions

Planet Comicon Kansas City is March 21-23, 2025 and this is your chance to be part of the celebration. Podcasts, fandom panels, pop culture business, discussions, workshops, cosplay demos and lifestyle; all nerds are invited to submit their panels for consideration at Planet Comicon 2025.

Our programming submissions are now open. While we cannot approve every panel that comes our way (much as we’d love to), space is limited, we will thoroughly consider every submission received. 

Here are some tips on content we’re looking for at Planet Comicon:

• Pick a topic that you feel other fans are also passionate about.
• Be clear and concise in your panel description.
• Choose a panel title that will grab an audience’s attention.
• Fill out every portion of the submission form to give us as much information as possible.
• You may  submit more than one panel but please fill out a seperate form for each panel.

The deadline to apply is December 15, 2024. Chosen panelists will be notified by December 31st.
