Our exhibitor kit for 2022 is your go-to resource for move-in times, shipping instructions, and more.
You can reserve electrical, internet additional equipment, labor or other needs for your booth, including tables, pipe and drape, furniture, carpeting and much more. These will be purchased directly through Viper Tradeshow Services.
Badges will NOT be mailed. You may pick up on site upon move-in.
Things to note:
- When signing up for electricity/internet/utilities, you will need to give Smart City your name of the company/ name as you requested it to appear in the program guide/index/app.
- Under Booth/Name, please give this information as well.
- Booth numbers will not be available until approximately 2-3 week before the show.
- Please get your orders in now to avoid a price increase (prices go up 2 weeks prior to show).
