We’ve negotiated a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to KC more affordable. The secure online housing website is available 24/7, and offers real-time availability with full hotel descriptions, amenity listings, distances from each hotel to the venue, maps, and other information to help make your decision easier. Also, reservation acknowledgements are emailed to you within seconds of confirming the reservation.

All of our hotels are just a 5 minute walk or less from the Center to make your travel to and from the show as easy and convenient as possible.  Our newest offering, the Loews Kansas City Hotel, is attached to the Convention Center via a skywalk.
All hotels are easily accessible to Kansas City’s new streetcar, which is free and takes you from Crown Center to the River Market to access a wide array of great restaurants and attractions.  Many of these venues are offering special discounts to Planet fans and exhibitors when you show your wristband or badge.
