Unused 2020/2021 Planet Comicon Tickets
Planet 2020 and 2021 unused and unrefunded admission tickets are valid for Planet 2022
Admission tickets for Planet Comicon Kansas City 2020 or 2021 that are UNREDEEMED (unused) and NOT REFUNDED may be used for admission to Planet Comicon Kansas City 2022 on April 22-24. Just bring the QR code to Will Call to pick up your credentials.
If a 2020 or 2021 ticket was previously refunded, or if it was redeemed for admission to Planet in August 2021, it cannot be used for admission to Planet 2022.
If you have qualifying tickets, whether 2020 or 2021, but you have misplaced the tickets you may use the link below and your confirmation statement will be reissued to the email you enter, if it is the email on the original order. IMPORTANT: You must have the e-mail address used for the original order.
Tickets to Planet (whether they are 2020, 2021 or April 2022 tickets) are transferable until the time the ticket is redeemed for an admission credential. If you cannot use your qualifying ticket, feel free to pass it on to a friend or family member. To transfer your tickets, forward your confirmation to the person’s email or phone.
NOTE: This is not for ticket refunds. All admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, due to the challenges presented by covid in 2020 and 2021, we are, for the convenience of our fans, allowing those unused and unrefunded 2020 and 2021 tickets to be used at Planet 2022 on April 22-24. This will be the last time that those tickets will be valid for admission to Planet. After the April show, all 2020 and 2021 tickets, as well as all tickets purchased for the April 2022 show will be void.
As per our policy, all advance purchases of admissions for Planet 2022 are also non-refundable. However, if you purchased a 2022 guest specific product (eg – Photo op ticket) and that guest cancels, those guest specific items are refundable.
In the future, should you have any reservations about attending, we suggest you wait until immediately prior to the show to purchase your tickets. Day of show pricing is a bit higher than pre-purchased tickets, however we do not anticipate general admission selling out.

Consider picking up your credentials the day prior to attending to avoid lines prior to the doors opening. We have two convenient locations for advance pick up on Thursday April 21.
1) Bartle Hall 2200 lobby, located on 13th street between Broadway and Central.
2) US Toy, 12070 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66213
Hours for both on Thursday April 21 are 11am to 8 pm
General Will Call hours at Bartle Hall on the days of the show are
Friday April 22 – 11am to 8 pm
Saturday April 23 – 8am to 7pm
Sunday April 24 – 8am to 5pm
