Taylor McNee is a voice actress most known for playing Penny Polendina in the hit anime series RWBY. Taylor was a 3D artist in the game industry before joining Rooster Teeth to work on Red vs. Blue, and to help create an ambitious new project called “RWBY”, which has become a much-beloved series of fans all over the world.
