Joel Adams, the eldest son of Neal Adams, graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York, and after dabbling in comics, decided to make his career in the animation industry in Los Angeles.
Adams was the character designed for the first three years of the legendary animated series King of the Hill, which he also shares an Emmy award for.
He also did character design work on animated projects like The Hulk, NASCAR Racers, Lost World, and Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century.
Adams also has worked on various licenses the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers: Wild Force, Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Captain Scarlet, The Hulk: Animated Series, The Mask: Animated Series and Jackie Chan Adventures.
Adams currently manages Continuity Studios in Burbank, California, which produces computer animation such as the Nasonex Bee and Bongo the Dannon Monkey, for both major advertising agencies and advertisers themselves.
