Exhibitor Rules and Regulations

These rules and regulations relate to the event known as Planet Comicon, Kansas City, to be held at Bartle Hall on March 29-31, 2019, (hereinafter the “Event”). The show is owned and managed by Planet Promotions LLC (Hereinafter the “Promoter”). “PCKC” refers to show management, including Promoter, Promoter’s employees, agents, representatives and assigns.
